In order to assure that new parents clearly understand the procedures and policies of Carousel School, we ask all parents to read the policies enclosed.
1. Parents are responsible for payment of fees on time.
A late fee of 10% will be added to tuition not paid within (5) five days of the due date.
Tuition is:
$900.00 per mo. - Infants to 18 mo.
$750.00 per mo. - 18 mo. to potty trained
$575.00 per mo. - potty trained to 8 yrs
1. Payment is due on the 1st and 15th of each month.
2. There is no reduction of fees for absences or vacations. The director should be notified if such as situation occurs.
3. I understand that:
a) I must walk into the building with my child each day and sign them in so that the staff knows that he/she is there.
b) I, or a responsible designated adult, will walk into the building to pick-up my child(ren) and sign them out.
4. Parent is expected to pick-up child before closing time, 6:00 p.m. There will be an overtime charge of $1.00 for each minute you arrive after 6:00 p.m.
5. Keep your child home with the following:
- Those with a fever.
- Diarrhea or vomiting in previous 24-hour period.
- Children too sick to participate in full program, including outside play, need to be kept home.
6. All preschoolers 4 years and under need a complete change of clothing at all times, please label all clothing with child's name.
7. Parents need to inform the school of any changes in address, phone numbers, employment, emergency information or any changes in family mistakes.
8. Medications can be administered with parental permission. Please check in all medications with a member of our staff.
9. The director is to be notified TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE before a child is to be withdrawn. Parents are required to pay for those two weeks regardless of when the child leaves the school.
10. If, after a reasonable period of time, it is found that a child is unable to adjust to the school, the school reserves the right to request withdrawal of the child. This is left to the discretion of the director(s).
